
KIDS: Tuna Lasagna Cups

Ingredients:
1 185g can Gold Seas Tuna Chunks Herb and Garlic
1 can diced tomatoes
¼ tbsp basil
¼ tsp. sugar
½ cup cream cheese
½ cup mozzarella cheese
1 pack wonton wrapper
Salt
Pepper
Procedure:
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
- In a saucepan, mix together the tuna, tomatoes, basil, and sugar.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Grease a muffin pan and line it with 1 wonton wrapper.
- Layer it with 1 tsp of cream cheese, 1 tbsp of red sauce, and a sprinkle of mozzarella cheese.
- Repeat the layering process one more time.
- Bake for 10 to 15 mins or until the cheese has melted and the wonton wrapper has turned golden and crisp.
TIP: Sneak in some veggies by grating some carrots in the mix. Your kids won’t even notice.
