KIDS: Tuna Lasagna Cups

    Ingredients:

    1 185g can Gold Seas Tuna Chunks Herb and Garlic

    1 can diced tomatoes

    ¼ tbsp basil

    ¼ tsp. sugar

    ½ cup cream cheese

    ½ cup mozzarella cheese

    1 pack wonton wrapper

    Salt

    Pepper

     

  • Procedure:

    1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
    2. In a saucepan, mix together the tuna, tomatoes, basil, and sugar.
    3. Add salt and pepper to taste.
    4. Grease a muffin pan and line it with 1 wonton wrapper.
    5. Layer it with 1 tsp of cream cheese, 1 tbsp of red sauce, and a sprinkle of mozzarella cheese.
    6. Repeat the layering process one more time.
    7. Bake for 10 to 15 mins or until the cheese has melted and the wonton wrapper has turned golden and crisp.

    TIP: Sneak in some veggies by grating some carrots in the mix. Your kids won’t even notice.
